The Lifting Literacy Outcomes Monitoring Group (LLOMG) is and independent, skills-based group that has been established by the Premier to provide oversight on the progress and outcomes of the Lifting Literacy Community-wide Framework and Recommendations to reaching 100 per cent Functional Literacy.
Group members have been selected with a good mix of skills and experience to ensure the recommendations, contained in a 3-year Implementation Plan, are on track and being reflected in improved literacy outcomes. These recommendations cover actions across all community sectors including in the early years, school years and adult years. Unless otherwise stated, membership is individual, not representational.
The Groups membership was announced in Parliament on the 17 October 2023.
